Caswain Mason
Caswain Mason (born 12 February 1978) is a Vincentian footballer who spent the majority of his career in the Canadian Soccer League.
== Playing career ==
Mason began his career with the Toronto Olympians of the Canadian Professional Soccer League in 2000. He would appear in one match against the North York Astros on September 12, 2000, coming on as a substitute for Gus Kouzmanis. In 2001, he went a step higher in his professional career by signing with the Toronto Lynx of the USL A-League. His signing was announced along with the rest of the roster on April 24, 2001.〔(Details of the Toronto Lynx Press Conference held Tuesday April 24th, 2001 at the Howard Johnson Hotel at Keele and Wilson Ave in Toronto at 11:00am. )〕 Throughout the season he appeared in 14 matches and recorded one goal, but the Lynx failed to reach the postseason.
In 2002, Mason returned to Canadian Professional Soccer League to sign with the Metro Lions, where in his debut season he helped the club achieve a seven game undefeated streak and a place in the playoffs; but where eliminated by the Ottawa Wizards the semi-final match.〔(Result of the Saturday October 19th, 2002 CPSL game between Ottawa Wizards and Metro Lions played at Esther Shiner Stadium in North York at 2:05pm.
